These terms govern your use of maks.co and the website design, hosting, and care services we provide. By engaging maks.co, you agree to them.

Our services

We design and build your website, then host and maintain it on a monthly subscription. Your free preview carries no obligation; the monthly subscription begins only when your site goes live.

Subscription & billing

• Hosting & care is billed monthly and begins at launch.
• No minimum term — you can cancel anytime, and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time build fees, where applicable, are due before launch.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

What you own

You own your domain and the content and brand assets you provide. While your subscription is active, we manage hosting, code, and maintenance on your behalf. If you cancel, we will discuss reasonable handoff options based on how your site is set up.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for using any optional features (such as SMS messaging) in a lawful, compliant way.

No guarantees

We build solid, well-structured sites, but we don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or lead volume.
